If anyone knows somebody that lives in or is moving to the Dayton, OH area, I have a house available to rent.

House for rent
We haven't lived in that house (or state for that matter) for over a year.
Our current renter is moving out and we need to rent it out again.

We do plan on buying a house here in NC soon. Our apartment was never meant to be permanent.

Is there a way to rephrase the question?
Would I as a renter be able to throw parties and wreck the house without paying for the expenses?

It depends....
Are the expenses and repairs getting paid from other than any of my accounts?
